What is the order process like?
Here's what happens after you made an order.

a. Order Confirmation
Once your order is placed, we will send out an order confirmation email with your order summary and delivery address. Order processing will take 2 to 3 business days before your order is ready to leave the warehouse.

b. Shipment Notification
Once your order is shipped, a notification of shipment (with tracking information and expected delivery date) will be sent to you via email. You can then track your package on our shipping partner's website. Alternatively, you can check the order status by logging on to your account on the True Hydration™ website.

c. Order Completion
Once your order has been successfully delivered, we will send a final email notifying you that the order is completed.

Delivery

(i) You acknowledge that product delivery is subject to inventory conditions. We will make every effort to deliver the products to you within the delivery times indicated in the accepted orders, but you acknowledge that although the inventory information on our website is frequently updated, in some cases, products may be out of stock before the next update is made. All given delivery times are estimated and may be subject to delays. If there is a delay in the delivery of your product, we will notify you accordingly via email, and your product will be delivered to you as soon as we have it in stock.

(ii) Please note that we do not offer international shipping services outside of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. We will charge the following basic local shipping fees:

• Our service and delivery times are limited to: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (commercial areas) and 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM (residential areas).
• Delivery to remote areas such as Ma Wan, Discovery Bay, and Tung Chung is scheduled for Wednesdays, while delivery to Sai Kung (excluding restricted areas) is scheduled for Thursdays;
• We do not provide delivery services to non-service areas, including but not limited to the following locations: Lantau Island, Peng Chau, Hei Ling Chau, Lamma Island, Po Toi Islands, Cheung Chau, Hong Kong International Airport, port areas, Disneyland, Ocean Park, Sai Kung restricted areas, transit and logistics warehouses, etc.
• Delivery addresses must be accessible by elevator. If the delivery address cannot be reached by elevator, delivery will be limited to the ground floor only. If stairs are required for delivery, a stair carry fee of HKD 40 per floor will be charged.
• Please note that we cannot guarantee any fixed or pre-arranged delivery times. However, our delivery agents will contact the recipient in advance to inform them of the estimated delivery time.
Can I cancel or change my order after confirmation?

Changing or cancelling your order is possible if payment is still pending. Please contact our customer service team at service@truehy.hk , and we will get back to you within 1 to 2 business days.

Can I change my shipping address after order confirmation?

If your order is still awaiting payment or fulfilment/delivery, you may be able to change your shipping address. Kindly contact our customer service team at service@truehy.hk , and we will get back to you within 1 to 2 business days.

Can I pick up my order from a physical store?

We do not currently offer in-store pick-ups.

What happens if I miss the delivery of my order?

We will send you an email notifying you that our shipping partner was unable to deliver your order. You can then contact them directly to arrange another delivery or amend your delivery address. However, your parcel will be returned to us after 3 unsuccessful delivery attempts, and redelivery charges will apply for any subsequent deliveries.

What should I do if my delivery goes missing or is damaged?

What should I do if I receive a defective or incorrect item?

Does True Hydration™ deliver orders worldwide?

No, we currently deliver orders to Hong Kong only.
